Anne Marie is a Partner in the law firm of Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone in the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning Department.
She focuses her practice in estate planning, estate administration, federal and state taxation, and related matters. With her depth of legal experience and an LL.M. in Taxation, Anne Marie also advises on estate and trust administration services including, among others, probate matters, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, estate and gift tax examinations, asset transfers, sales of assets including closely-held businesses, preparation of accountings, representation of fiduciaries, and fiduciary income tax planning.
As the mother of a special needs young adult, Anne Marie is passionate about educating parents and caregivers of special needs individuals on planning for their future, including but not limited to guardianships, Social Security/Medicaid, special needs trusts, transitions to adult programs and how certain benefits may change when a parent retires, becomes disabled or passes away.
To that end, Anne Marie will be making a presentation with Christina Hardman O’Neal on “Planning for Special Needs Young Adults” on April 26 at our Freehold office from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. There is no charge to attend. Please join us for a very informative program!
