Over the course of the next few weeks we will introduce you to the women of DEMLP who are integral in moving the firm forward. They are not just lawyers, but also mothers, board members, coaches and teachers. Learn about our talented team as we celebrate Women’s History Month.
Christina is a Partner in the law firm of Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone in the Tax and Estate Planning Department. She is experienced in estate planning and administration, litigation, guardianships, trusts, end of life planning, mental health issues and financial exploitation cases, as well as areas including real estate, zoning, land use, business organizations and non-profits.
In addition to practicing law, Christina is a full time mother and serves various bar associations and non-profit organizations, including, among others, The Woman’s Club of Red Bank where she is currently President and facilitates both the personal and professional development of women; Stephy’s Place, a non-profit named after Christina’s sister, which provides support services for survivors of loss such as those who have lost a child, a spouse or parent; and Mater Dei High School, a recently independent Catholic school where she serves as Trustee of the Seraph’s Fund, a non-profit corporation. In 2017, she was among the five finalists for the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce Athena Award, which recognizes “an individual for business and professional accomplishments, for community service and especially for mentoring others and acting as a role model to encourage women to achieve their leadership potential.”
Christina frequently speaks and moderates seminars on both substantive law as well as on panels that address women’s issues, including at the 2017 NJSBA Mid-Year Meeting in Madrid, Spain where she served on an international panel discussing “How a Lack of Gender, Ethnic and Cultural Diversity Impacts Litigation Around the World.”
As we celebrate Women’s History Month we are proud to showcase Christina as an integral part of our team!
