Davison Eastman Munoz Paone, P.A. (DEMP) Director of Marketing, Ian S. Singer, was recently sworn-in as a 3-year member of the Board of Directors of the Monmouth Ocean Development Council (MODC) at MODC’s annual induction ceremony held at The Lobster Shanty of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.
In late 2023, Ian was appointed Chair of MODC’s Economic Development Committee and now leads its monthly meetings, driving the committee mission ‘to stimulate economic development of business and industry in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.”
In May 2024, Ian and MODC’s Economic Development Committee hosted its first annual “State of the Jersey Shore” speaker / panel event at Jumping Brook Country Club, Neptune, NJ. A successful in-person occasion with over 100 attendees, the speakers and panelists included county and local government dignitaries as well as restaurant, business, tourism, and commercial development leaders from throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
