The explosive claims in the media regarding claims of inappropriate conduct by various public figures makes it clear that sexual harassment is a persistent problem even in 2017. It is now more evident than ever that victims must speak up and organizations must take prompt and appropriate action in response to all allegations of harassment in order to protect their employees. Harassment training is a necessary part of the solution.
Nicole S. Croddick, counsel to our firm, facilitates dynamic Harassment and Discrimination and Sensitivity training seminars for national companies. She is available to provide these programs for your firm or company for private group sessions upon request. All sessions can be conducted in English or Spanish.
Brian J. Chabarek is a partner at the firm whose practice is devoted to Labor and Employment Law as well as the representation of public entities. He handles litigation in the field of Labor and Employment Law and has extensive experience advising on matters related to harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
Both Nicole and Brian are available to provide this training and can assist in investigations in response to claims made within your organization or company. Harassment training seminars will mitigate and negate punitive damages should your organization face such a claim. Each program will run for 2 hours to accommodate morning and afternoon schedules. Sessions will allot time for a private or group question and answer period.
