Our mid-size law firm in central New Jersey is seeking partners/senior attorneys who are interested in becoming part of a growing organization and who want the opportunity to shape their own future as well as that of the firm. Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A., established in 1988, has made a major investment in upgrading all aspects of the firm’s technology and has developed a strong administrative team, consisting of a professional Executive Director, a CFO/CPA, Director of Marketing and a Technology team that is focused on developing cutting edge technologies to support the firm.
Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A. has well established departments in corporate, litigation, estate and tax planning, family law, municipal law and real estate as well as a DWI/DUI practice which could compliment any practice and support a wide array of client needs.   The equity partners are looking to grow in these existing areas with strong talent and to look at other practices which could support our existing clients as well as expand into new areas to enhance the firm.  Currently a compensation plan with unlimited potential is being developed to attract and develop entrepreneurial partners who want to assist in the firm’s growth.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent credentials, along with strong writing, research, courtroom and verbal skills and an ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. New Jersey Bar admission is required. LITIGATION ATTORNEY (November 2017)
The firm has an immediate opening for a litigator with 6-10 years of experience to work on general litigation matters. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey, have experience in NJ and Federal Courts with motion practice and depositions.  Please include references, salary requirements and cover letter with your resume.
