ASSOCIATE WILLS, ESTATES, TRUSTS ATTORNEY
The law firm of Davison Eastman Munoz Paone, P.A. seeks an associate attorney to join its well-established Wills, Estates and Trusts practice group.
The ideal candidate should be personable, deadline-driven, on-demand ready and capable of servicing clientele throughout the region. Must be comfortable operating independently as well as within a team environment that uses the complete MS Suite. You must be familiar with estate planning, estate administration, state and federal tax laws, gift giving, and trust formations.
The ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents relevant to trust and estate law is preferred as well as the capacity to represent client(s) in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf.

LEGAL ASSISTANT / PARALEGAL
