The firm is pleased to announce that Brian Chabarek, DEMLP Municipal Law and Employment Law partner, has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Defense Association for the 2018-2021 term (effective July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2021).
Brian continues to serve as the Chair of the Association’s Employment Law Committee. The New Jersey Defense Association establishes a communications link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers and other corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits or to claims administration.
