The firm is pleased to announce that DEMLP Municipal Law and Employment Law partner Brian Chabarek has been appointed to serve as an Officer of the New Jersey Defense Association for the 2017-2018 term (effective June 30, 2017 – June 30, 2018). He will serve as Vice-President of the Southern Region for the NJDA. Prior to this appointment, Brian sat on the Board of Directors for several years and currently also serves as the Chair of the Association’s Employment Law Committee.
The New Jersey Defense Association establishes a communications link among New Jersey defense attorneys, insurance claim professionals, self-insurers and other corporations who devote a substantial portion of their time to the defense of damage suits or to claims administration.
