Andrew Ball is an associate in the Municipal Law and Land Use Departments at Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Paone, P.A.

Andrew advises municipalities on all matters of law including Open Public Records Act requests and disputes, public contracts, administrative issues, and potential Ordinance amendments. He is the municipal attorney for Freehold Township. Andrew has appeared before the New Jersey Government Records Council and the Superior Court representing municipalities regarding records request challenges.

Andrew has also appeared on behalf of municipalities for County and State Tax Appeals as well as for general litigation matters statewide.

He has appeared on behalf of numerous Land Use Boards throughout the State, and is the Zoning Board Attorney for the City of Summit.

Additionally, Andrew represents and appears on behalf of land use client matters throughout the state of New Jersey.
