Losing a loved can be overwhelming and debilitating but there is a place where you can seek comfort and strength with others who have also been through grief and loss. Stephy’s Place is a New Life Support Center for Grief and Loss where Grief Support Groups are offered free of charge. Some of the sample groups include:
- Loss of Spouse/Partner
- Loss of Child
- Loss due to Suicide
- Loss of Sibling and
- Loss of Parent
Stephy’s Place was named in honor of our partner, Christina Hardman-O’Neal’s sister, Stephanie Hardman Kaminoff, who was a young mother when she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and then passed away leaving 3 small children. Stephy’s Place provides hope and support when all seems lost. Stephy’s Place assists families in getting back to a healthy place so they can learn how to live again and honor their lost child, spouse, parent, sibling or other loved one.
Stephy’s Place is a 501(c)3 organization and operates solely through the generosity and goodness of others. All services are free of charge in an effort to help those who’s intense, debilitating grief can be all consuming.
